Lisa Acosta, founder of Birth Unlimited, is an experienced labor and delivery nurse and certified childbirth educator.

I work at an amazing community hospital in Miami, Florida, and consider it as honor to do what I do. I work at the bedside and also teach childbirth classes with the hospital as well as privately. I have a passion for physiologic birth, and believe that birth works better with knowledge of the process, which is knowledge of ourselves.
